MediLingua is one of the few medical translation specialists in Europe. We only do medical.
We translate all types of regulatory dossier information (SmPCs, PILs, labeling), general information about medicines, health and treatment, and clinical trial documents. We provide all European languages (35 today, and counting...), as well as a number of non-Europan languages, including Arabic, Chinese and Japanese. We have built-up our translation expertise since 1980.
All translation and editing work is done in-country by experienced medical translators. All projects are prepared, organised, supported and managed from our headoffice in Leiden, the Netherlands.
We provide our services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and Contract Research Organisations; manufacturers of medical devices, instruments, in-vitro diagnostics and software; medical publishers; national and international medical organisations; and other customers in the medical sector.
Projects include translation of many types of documents during research, registration, marketing and post-marketing of medicines and medical devices. We translate study protocols, informed consent forms, investigators' brochures, patient reported outcome forms, subject information leaflets, case report forms, adverse reactions forms, summary of product characteristics, and patient information leaflets.
On top of that we translate documentation for medical devices, surgical instruments, hospital equipment and medical software; medical information for patients, medical students and physicians, scientific articles, press releases, product launches, medical news and articles from medical journals.
Our services also include pre-translation source text editing, translatability assessment, international review management, harmonisation of language versions, user-testing (cognitive debriefing), readability testing, and back translation and reconciliation.
